3D Recovery
Who does the work

Engineering and legal judgment, together.

3D Recovery brings engineers, developers, researchers, and legal support to the same matter. We do the research, organize the facts, and make the next conversation easier to evaluate.

Our six-step process

Six steps.
One clear record.

Each step answers a different question. The team does not skip from a public filing to a message without reviewing the facts in between.

Process / 06Team responsibility
01

Source

We find matters in public dockets, filings, complaints, and other reliable records.

02

Filter

We apply clear rules for jurisdiction, procedural posture, facts, and funding fit.

03

Case Analysis

We organize the claim, parties, documents, damages facts, and questions that remain open.

04

Outcome Analysis

We study what the public record says about possible procedural and commercial outcomes.

05

Outreach

We prepare a concise message for a claimant, counsel member, or other appropriate contact.

06

Connect

With beneficial parties, including the people with authority and context to move the conversation forward.

03 / What happens next

A clear handoff
at every stage.

The public intake starts a conversation about scope. It does not create a funding decision or invite confidential material.

Handoff / 04Team review
01

Public signal

Share a public URL, milestone, or sourcing brief that is safe to discuss openly.

02

Evidence check

Our team clarifies the public record and identifies what context would be useful for review.

03

Contact resolution

Our team confirms the appropriate business, counsel, or sourcing-partner path.

04

Team review

Any draft or next step remains subject to review by the people responsible for the matter.

TECHNICAL WORK

Research and organization

Developers and researchers keep sources, facts, contacts, and decisions organized so a funding team can inspect the basis for a conversation.

LEGAL SUPPORT

Judgment and boundaries

Legal support helps the team respect public-record limits, confidentiality boundaries, and the difference between information and legal advice.
